  1. Sports Injury Rehabilitation 

    • Whether you're recovering from a sports injury or aiming to prevent one, our sports rehabilitation program is designed to help athletes and active individuals get back to their peak performance. We offer individualized treatment plans, focusing on strengthening, flexibility, and injury prevention to ensure a safe return to your sport. Our specialized care includes injury assessment, muscle testing for over and underactive muscles, manual therapies to release overactive muscles, and exercise protocols tailored for each sport's demands to achieve greater activation of underactive muscles. 

  2. Functional Movement Screening (FMS)

    • ​​Using a standardized screening process, we assess mobility, stability, and strength imbalances to prevent injuries and enhance overall physical performance. Custom corrective exercise programs are designed to target and improve any identified movement deficits.

  3. Sports-Specific Injury Prevention Programs

    • We also offer injury prevention programs tailored to athletes of various sports. These programs focus on strengthening key muscle groups, improving flexibility, and enhancing body mechanics to reduce the risk of future injuries.

  4. Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) Rehabilitation

    • We provide customized rehabilitation for individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries. Our program includes exercises to improve cognitive function, coordination, strength, and balance, helping patients regain independence in daily activities.
